REFLECTIONS ON WHY A LAY CHRISTIAN MOVEMENT

It is impossible for lay Christians to defeat Satan in their fight for the KINGDOM OF THE WORLD for GOD and for HIS CHRIST (Revelation 11:15), no matter how great their FAITH may be, if their Church leaders do not teach the TRUE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus, which is GOD’S CALL TO HUMANITY TO THE KINGDOM (REIGN) OF GOD (ON EARTH) (Matthew 28:18-20).

So, how could the lay Christians know that such a CALL is the TRUE GOSPEL when such a gospel appears to be NOT in the minds of MOST of their pastors, ministers, priests, or evangelists nowadays? No wonder that the present generation of Christians has failed miserably to continue to change the ways of the world into the ways of the Spirit.

Satan, having misled Christians to focus their resources and their piety for the "kingdom of heaven" for centuries, gleefully goes on misleading them to make large numbers of Christians to give up the world for that "kingdom of heaven" - as if the Kingdom of God does not include the world. So, their pastors, ministers, and evangelists grimly plod on PREACHING THE END OF THE WORLD - as if THAT is the Gospel - or pursuing Satan's half-truth: "saving souls because of the soon-coming-end-of-the-world."

Because of this false gospel, the Gentile believers in Jesus as the Messiah have failed to become the LIGHT of the world, the SALT of the earth (Matthew 5:13-16). Instead, they sit and wait for the end of the world, choosing to do nothing to change the world for God. They do nothing to enlighten humanity to submit to the WILL OF THE FATHER, which is to enthrone His CHRIST into the seat of power and to instill His LOVE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, and JUSTICE (Psalms 89:14-15) in all human governments for His GLORY (Daniel 7:13-14; Psalms 2:7-9; 110:1; Isaiah 9:6-7; 1 Chronicles 17:14; Luke 19:27) .

In addition, Satan’s wiles have led to thousands of human-inspired visions, conflicting Biblical interpretations and prophetic calculations, and outright fictions by Bible students and/or self-proclaimed prophets upon which thousands of denominations (33,000 on record) were founded, each claiming to have "the sole truth" to salvation. How could the Spirit of God be in all these pastors, ministers, priests, and evangelists of all these denominations having conflicting doctrines? Fortunately, Jesus’ words should help the lay Christians to know whether or not their pastors, ministers, priests, or evangelists are truly Christ’s co-workers in the KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH, for Jesus has clearly identified his true co-workers by declaring: "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"

It appears that it is to our generation of lay Christians that the Father has revealed His WILL once again, which was once revealed to Paul which Paul declared in Ephesians 1:9-10: "And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment - to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ."
