LAY ADVOCACY FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY is incorporated as a non-stock, non-profit corporation with the Philippine Stock Exchange Commission (SEC Reg. No. CN200430785) exclusively for religious and educational purposes, specifically:

(1) to sponsor biblical studies that would likely promote working unity among various churches and to publish and disseminate the same in various forms; (2) to support financially and in other forms pastors, ministers, priests, lay evangelists, and all others preaching the Christian Gospel under the auspices of the organization; and (3) to solicit donations, monetary and non-monetary, and to manage and dispose the same to achieve the specific purposes of the organization. And, generally, to engage in such other activities in pursuance of the organization’s exclusive purposes and as a non-profit corporation.
